Kids feel right at home at International Sports Clubs!
Our Childcare Centers each feature a separate infant nursery area, private childcare restrooms & infant changing stations, computer, games and play areas and a mini basketball court! Care Providers have infant and child CPR & AED certifications. 10 week Old infants to 12 years of age children are welcome. Please pick up a copy of the policies at the club!
A 55 Minute Private Pilates Apparatus Personal Training Session & 2 Group Pilates Reformer and/or TRX Suspension classes.
Begin with your Pilates Personal Training Session and learn stabilization methods and optimal muscle recruitment. Your Instructor will demonstrate how to adjust the Pilates Reformer so that you can make adjustments and enjoy group reformer classes! Scheduling your private session is easy!
