I started working as a Personal Trainer at International Sports Clubs while in school at Purdue. Working with people to achieve their goals is an incredibly gratifying job! International Sports Clubs is currently seeking individuals for Customer Service Desk, Childcare Supervisors, Fitness Training & Membership Sales and Assistant Manager of Membership Sales. Membership Sales Position Summary:
Achievement of sales goals through consistent marketing & event programs.
Create personalized experiences for prospective members with introductory tours, initial fitness assessments & presentation of memberships & services for purchase.
Recruit new members with courtesy phone calls, email campaigns and special events.
Develop referrals by establishing relationships with current & new members.
Assistant Manager of Membership Sales Position Summary:
You are responsible for direction, development and management of Membership Sales Revenue at International Sports Clubs.
Learn to develop leadership skills, with the help of your Sales Manager develop a professional and driven sales staff.
Mentor Membership Sales Representatives in customer service skills for current and new members.
Recruit, hire and develop your membership sales team, compete with other Assistant Manager's Teams for special bonuses and rewards for yourself and your team.
Build a positive relationship with membership base, provide members with a positive rewarding club atmosphere.
Resolve membership account issues, and serve as a liaison between office administration and members.
Work with Personal Training and Group Exercise Directors to give members a cohesive information base.
Monitor Membership Sales Representative sales reports and payroll deadlines.
Ensure that new members are processed successfully by Membership Sales Representatives.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings
Participate in special events and marketing programs
